'Healthy Food for Kids' competition for mothers was a great success with innovative, yummy, nutritive so tempting and irresistibly displayed for their little ones. Everyone learnt from each other, tasted a variety of children appropriate dishes, made new friends and got to know each other. Special mention and appreciation for the fathers who actively participated or at least were there giving moral support to their other halves. Happiest were the kids whose parents participated as they like to see the home and school come together this way.

To get the mothers too on the same wave length and to prepare them for the tirade they would be facing from their children about "this is junk food" Mothercare School organised a"HEALTHY FOOD COMPETITION" for the mothers of the school children on Mother's Day .We were floored by the level of participation, the awareness, the recipes, the presentation; Here have a look …

The Art of Living, Know your Teen workshops at Mothercare School, Aliganj, Lucknow were conducted on 21st March and 29th March 2015 by Mrs. Shobha Dev and Ms.Anisha Sharma, Faculty, The Art of Living. Parents were amazed and delighted to know effective ways of handling their children. The Art of Living, Know your Teen workshop is an eye opener and highly recommended by parents who have done them as it teaches parents a healthy and positive way for upbringing their children. A special thanks to Ms. Ritu Tandon for organizing these workshops.
