Its Springtime when I really start recognising the flowers growing in my school garden. The flower Arrangement Day completes this process for me. How I loose myself in the flowers,greens that mama gives me. But my ma’am wants me to play and have fun with them. She opens and lays them out for me on the table. I pick and choose and slowly watch my arrangement growing in the vase slowly but exactly the way I want it.

Had our flower arrangement competition on 17th February 2017. Celebrating Basant. 100% done by the children themselves. Creativity, aesthetics and the joy of it experienced by our young ones.

Happy mothers with their young ones creations.

Flower Arrangement competition on Friday 17th Feb. Please send child that day with flowers, vase etc. that he will arrange on his/ her own completely. Please come and see the display after school that day  .                    
This activity provides stimulus for their aesthetic development and is a fun way to make them learn names of flowers too. Some demo at home, some at school and they are ready for it. Have fun.

Respected Ma’am,

On 22nd February 2015 the children of Mothercare School put up a spectacular performance of yoga and exercises on their Sports day. We were spellbound seeing the toddlers and playgroups perform. We as parents are very grateful  to the teachers and principal in inculcating healthy habits of yoga and pranayam in children. Our  son Amogh is in Nursery and he knows the names of each and every asan. Children very enthusiastically participated in the races appropriate for their ages. We had a great time witnessing the events.

We are all praise for the teachers who had put in days of hard work to teach such young children. We wish to congratulate you all for managing such a successful event. The Flower arrangement competition was feast for one's eyes. Little hands did wonders and made beautiful arrangements. My son knows the names of many flowers and keeps asking me whenever he sees some new flower. It inculcates the love for nature in these young children. All these activities go in a long way in the complete overall development during most critical years of their life.
